Reindeer Experience "Local Culture"

On this trip to a unique, almost 200-year-old reindeer farm, you will learn exciting facts about the life of reindeer herders. Here you can experience this traditional culture and get up close to the fascinating animals. A transfer will take you to Torassieppi Eco Reindeer Resort at the historic Torassieppi village, which is home to the reindeer farm. After visiting a small museum about reindeer herding, the reindeer will be waiting for you. Test your lasso throwing skills and then hop on a sledge and enjoy a ride of approx. 3 km through the snow-covered forest - an experience you will remember for a long time to come! The transfer will then take you back to your accommodation. The entire excursion takes approx. 3,5 hours including transfer. Please note that the activities follow a fixed weekly program.
