Reindeer Experience "Local Culture"

Learn fascinating facts about the life of reindeer herders on this excursion to a traditional reindeer farm. In one of the oldest reindeer herds, you can experience this culture up close and get very close to the fascinating animals. A transfer will take you to the reindeer farm at the Torassieppi location, where you will get to know the family who live here in this wonderful place. After visiting a small museum about reindeer herding, the reindeer will already waiting for you. You will get into a sledge and be pulled into the snow-covered forest - an experience that you will remember for a long time to come! Lunch will be served in a traditional kota over an open fire. After the reindeer experience, you will have the opportunity to visit the winter village, a snow hotel made entirely of ice and snow. The transfer bus will bring you back to your accommodation. The entire excursion takes about 4 to 4.5 hours.
