Reindeer Experience "Local Culture"
Learn fascinating facts about the life of reindeer herders on this excursion to a traditional reindeer farm. In one of the oldest reindeer herds, you can experience this culture up close and get very close to the fascinating animals. A transfer will take you to the reindeer farm at the Torassieppi location, where you will get to know the family who live here in this wonderful place. After visiting a small museum about reindeer herding, the reindeer will already waiting for you. You will get into a sledge and be pulled for about 3 km through the snow-covered forest - an experience that you will remember for a long time to come! After the reindeer experience, you will have the opportunity to visit the winter village, where lunch at an ice restaurant awaits you. The transfer bus will bring you back to your accommodation. The entire excursion takes about 4 to 4.5 hours. Please note that the activities follow a fixed weekly program. This means that not every activity is offered every day.
