The heyHusky Low Price Guarantee

First things first: our guarantee of the lowest price is not at the expense of animals or quality. For us, sustainability at the lowest price is not a contradiction. Rather, we always pay attention to the correct selection of our partners and husky farms. Many of these partners have been on the market for a long time, are established and generally somewhat more expensive. We have also separated from other cheaper providers that did not meet our high quality requirements. Our low price guarantee ensures that the price is not raised artificially.

What does the heyHusky low price guarantee mean in detail?

We offer a low price guarantee for all travel offers (travel service without flights). This means: If you have booked such a trip with us and you could have booked this offer from another provider more cheaply within 72 hours, we will reimburse you the difference in the event of a price difference of more than 10 euros per person. back (applies to the basic price of the trip without any deductions from vouchers).

What are the requirements for our low price guarantee?

  • the offer is priced in the same currency
  • the trip offered is from the same provider on site
  • all travel services are identical, i.e. Number of persons, destination, travel date, type of trip, accommodation, catering
  • the offer is bookable
  • cannot be combined with any other promotions and discounts

What do I do if I find the identical offer from another provider cheaper?

  • send us a screen shot and a link to the cheaper offer by email to service@heyhusky.com within 72 hours of booking by 8:00 p.m. at the latest
  • in addition to the offer details, the screenshot must also show the PC time (usually at the bottom right).

We will check your details and give you an answer immediately. If the other provider is actually cheaper, we will refund the difference in the event of a price difference of more than 10 euros per person   after departure. We will then ask for your bank details separately. If you later change or cancel the trip, the repayment is not applicable.

Why is the flight booking not covered by the low price guarantee?

In many cases, the flights we arrange are slightly more expensive than if you book directly with the airlines. The times when we, as tour operators, can buy cheap flights are long gone and the main reasons for higher airfares are quickly explained: on the one hand, we allow ourselves to charge a low service fee and, on the other hand, most airlines charge us additional fees if we get your airline tickets with corporate credit cards. Except for some direct flight options that are not publicly bookable, you can book the flights yourself with us at any time and thus secure the lowest price.
