Our low price guarantee stands for transparent supplier prices without artificial increases. It ensures that trips are calculated in line with market conditions and in a transparent manner. We deliberately work with established partners and refrain from offering very cheap deals if they compromise quality, animal welfare or respect for the region and culture. The low price guarantee protects against price surcharges, not against the real costs of responsible travel in sensitive polar regions.
What does the heyHusky low price guarantee mean in detail?
We offer a low price guarantee on all travel services excluding flights. If you find the same trip at a lower price with another provider within 72 hours of booking, we will refund the difference if it is more than 10 euros per person. The basic price of the trip without vouchers or special offers is decisive.
Conditions for the low price guarantee
- the offer is priced in the same currency
- Identical service provider (on site or expedition cruise operator)
- all travel services are identical, i.e. Number of persons, destination, travel date, type of trip, accommodation, catering
- the offer is bookable
- cannot be combined with any other promotions and discounts
Procedure for price deviations
- send us a screen shot and a link to the cheaper offer by email to service@heyhusky.com within 72 hours of booking by 8:00 p.m. at the latest
- in addition to the offer details, the screenshot must also show the PC time (usually at the bottom right). After verification, you will receive a prompt response. If the price difference is confirmed, the difference will be refunded after the end of the trip. In the event of subsequent rebookings or cancellations, the claim is void.
We will carefully check your details and get back to you as soon as possible. If the identical offer is actually cheaper with another provider, we will refund you the difference, provided that this amounts to more than 10 euros per person after the end of the trip. The refund will be made by bank transfer. In the event of subsequent rebookings or cancellations, the right to a refund expires.
Why flights are not part of the low price guarantee
Flight prices are subject to significant fluctuations and vary depending on the booking channel, payment method and time of booking. As a tour operator, we incur additional costs for flight arrangements due to service charges and airline payment fees. In many cases, booking directly with the airline is cheaper. For this reason, flight services are not part of the low price guarantee. Exceptions are selected direct flight options that are not publicly bookable. Of course, you can book flights independently at any time.
