Snowshoe Hike into the Wilderness

Discover the Finnish winter forest on a snowshoe hike. After a brief introduction to the technique, your adventure through the snow-covered landscape begins, surrounded by silence and glistening snow. Your local guide will lead you safely deeper into the forest and share fascinating stories about the nature and region of Vuokatti. You’ll hike for about an hour before reaching a wooden cabin. Together with the guide, you’ll build a fire here and warm up with hot drinks and delicious snacks prepared over the open fire. Afterward, you’ll continue your hike and return to the starting point refreshed and rejuvenated. The trail is approximately 4 km long, and the entire excursion lasts about 4 hours.
