Reindeer Farm Visit by Snowmobile

Combine a snowmobile ride across the lake with a visit to the reindeer. You’ll set off right next to the restaurant, travelling in pairs on snowmobiles to a reindeer farm, before switching to a traditional reindeer sleigh. Look forward to a sleigh ride of around 1.5 km, as well as a tour of the farm grounds. Whilst there, you’ll also visit the ancient corral, meet hundreds of reindeer and have the chance to feed the animals with lichen. Of course, there’ll be plenty of time to take photos amongst the reindeer. During the visit, you’ll hear stories about reindeer herding and daily life on the farm. Afterwards, you’ll return by snowmobile along the same route. The total duration is approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, of which around 30 to 45 minutes is spent snowmobiling. Children aged 6–14 ride in the sledge, which is pulled by the guide’s snowmobile, and receive a discount. For an additional charge, you can participate as single driver on the snowmobile. Please note that driving a snowmobile is only allowed from the age of 18 and in possesion of a valid driving licence.
