As a true Rovaniemeläinen (person born in Rovaniemi), the owner attaches great importance to authenticity. Up until today, Parpalandia is still a family-run company, which is committed to sustainability and environmental friendliness. Here you can enjoy the true spirit of Lapland, relax in arctic nature, learn about Finnish culture, experience real adventures and taste the Lappish cuisine.

Parpalandia is located approximately 50 minutes from Rovaniemi’s city centre. It is surrounded by unspoilt nature but still close enough to civilization for those who want to enjoy a stroll through the city.

Dog sled tours, Northern Lights hunts, snowmobile rides, visits to a reindeer farm, ice fishing and much more are available. There are two different huts with a country-style feel available on site. In Parpalandia, there is something for everyone!
