Many children in this world have never seen a star, let alone the entire Milky Way. The Dark Sky Project, located in the Aoraki Mackenzie International Dark Sky Reserve, wants to change that and remind us that the dark can be beautiful, too. As a Manuhiri (visitor) you will be able to gaze at the night sky through telescopes and get scientific background information. You might even catch a glimpse of the Southern Lights!
