Your Winter Holiday according to Your Ideas
Design your stay yourself and book the activities (chargeable) according to your own personal interests. All trips to be bookable can be found under the point "Extras".
Accommodation:
Accommodation takes place in a double room at Hotel Laponia (incl shower/WC). The 3-star Hotel Laponia is beautifully styled in Swedish design and is located in Arvidsjaur. It offers a high level of comfort and standard. Facilities include reception, restaurant, bar, fitness room, and a spa area. The single and double rooms are friendly and comfortably furnished and all feature a double bed, shower/WC, TV, hairdryer, and the amenities to prepare tea or coffee.
Getting There:
The flight from/to Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt-Hahn, or Hanover to Arvidsjaur is included in your price, along with a piece of luggage weighing up to 20 kg. The transfer to the hotel and back to the airport is also included in the tour price.
Features Appointed 10.12.-13.12.21:
At the appointment 10.12.-13.12.21 only the flight from/to Munich is included, there is no selection between other airports. For this appointment, only the following activities are available: the polar ride tour, the dog slide tour, and the guided snowshoe hike.

The order of tours and activities within this itinerary may vary due to weather conditions and other contributing factors that must be taken into account by the guides when planning your tour. You will receive the exact order of activities once you arrive on site. The far north can have fluctuating and unpredictable weather with very strong temperature differences. The safety of guests and animals comes first, and for this reason, we reserve the right to change the itinerary and intensity of activities if and when needed. This involves both adjustments due to insufficient snow (meaning we cannot drive the sleds) or too much snow (snowstorms and extreme cold can cause accidents and various other problems). The required adjustments and fallback options in rare cases are based on the day-to-day conditions and can be compensated by shorter or longer daily stages, alternative accommodations, or even single day trips. In extremely rare cases we may organise alternative transport (ie. cars, quad bikes, etc).
