Located right next to the main entrance, the friendly team will welcome you here when you embark and will be on hand to provide you with help and advice throughout the expedition. Whether you have questions about the daily programme, wake-up calls, assistance with cabin furnishings or organizational matters - you will always receive competent help at the reception desk. There is a small gift store in the immediate vicinity where you can purchase selected souvenirs and practical travel items. The reception is therefore not only functional, but also a place of encounter and information, offering you everything you need for a pleasant journey.
