Kick Sled Tour in Luleå
From January: Head out onto the ice around the center of Luleå to take part in a leisurely kick sled tour. The kick sled was used as early as the mid-19th century, primarily as a means of transportation in the various villages. Today, it is still occasionally in use and takes people over snow and ice in a short time. Try your hand at driving one of these sleds and immerse yourself in the old and traditional way of life of the Swedes. During the tour, you can also look forward to a fika, a Swedish coffee break, where you can also use your sled as a seat. An optional lunch is also available on the tour.
