You will spend the nights in Whitehorse and the peaceful atmosphere of a lodge located directly on a lake and can unwind surrounded by a fantastic winter wonderland. At the Yukon Wildlife Preserve, you will encounter moose, caribou and more and in the hot springs, you can leave your worries from home behind. With a bit of luck, the famous Northern Lights will dance for you in the starry sky in the evenings.

Wellness in the wild Yukon: the itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Whitehorse
After your arrival at Whitehorse airport, you will be transferred to your hotel in the city centre. Whitehorse is a charming city that is easy to explore on foot. In the evening, you will make your way to the AuroraCentre, where you will search for the spectacular Northern Lights in the night sky. At the end of this exciting first day, you can relax at your hotel and look forward to the experiences ahead.

Day 2: Onward journey to the Inn on the Lake
Today you will meet your guide at your hotel and travel together to the cozy lodge "Inn on the Lake", which is located directly on the shores of Marsh Lake. After checking in, you can stroll around the grounds or explore the surrounding area on snowshoes. You can also just relax in your comfortable room. In the evening, a delicious dinner awaits you in the lodge's great room.

Day 3: Free time at the Inn on the Lake
This day is at your disposal for optional activities. You can go for another walk, observe the wildlife or take part in a husky tour for an extra charge. After dinner, it's time to watch the impressive Northern Lights from the lodge. Hopefully, you will see a colorful spectacle in the clear night sky!

Day 4: Another day of relaxation
Use this day to simply sit back and feel the tranquility of the northern wilderness. Unwind and recharge your batteries. Dinner will be served as usual before you can prepare for another night of Northern Lights. The lodge is the perfect place to see them on your own.


Day 5: Return to Whitehorse
Today you unfortunately have to say goodbye to the Inn on the Lake and travel back to Whitehorse. Once there, the next adventure is already on the programme. You ride to the Yukon Wildlife Preserve where you can observe elk, moose, caribou, and many other wild animals in their natural surrounding. A true paradise for photographers and nature lovers! Afterwards, you will visit the Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs and relax in their natural hot waters and saunas against the backdrop of the wintry mountain landscape. Overnight is at a hotel in Whitehorse.

Day 6: Departure from the Yukon
On the last day of your trip, you will be taken to Whitehorse Airport. You will not only take your personal memories home with you, but also many unforgettable impressions of a time full of relaxation and nature experiences.

Accommodation:
At the beginning and end of the trip, you will spend a total of 2 nights in double rooms at the Edgewater Hotel in Whitehorse (2-star hotel). You will stay the remaining 3 nights at the Inn on the Lake, which is located 40 min south of Whitehorse directly on Marsh Lake (3-star lodge). Built in the style of log cabins, the cathedral ceiling and the spacious deck areas overlooking the lake give the lodge its unique character. Inside, a cozy retreat awaits you, underlined by the solid wood of the Engelmann spruce. Here, you will be accommodated in classic rooms. Let the chef spoil you during your stay with great culinary delights and relax in the guest lounge, on the large deck, or in the privacy of your own room.

Catering:
Included in the tour price are 3x breakfast, 2x lunch, and 3x dinner at the Inn on the Lake. During the rest of the time, you cater for yourself. You will find a nice selection of restaurants in Whitehorse.
