Bake your own bread in a timber smoke hut in the cultural village of Kukkola and learn more about the specialities of the area. The hut is one of the oldest buildings in the village and was originally used for grilling whitefish, but is also a great place to bake bread over an open fire. In the meantime, you will gain exciting insights into the culinary traditions and culture of the village. Then the time has finally come to try your bread with a whitefish filling. Warm juice will also be served in a traditional Sami drinking cup, the so-called kuksa. This activity can be combined with traditional whitefish grilling so that you can enjoy a full meal at the end.
