Korouoma frozen waterfall hike
This day excursion can be arranged on request when a minimum of 6 persons are reached. Visit and hike to the frozen waterfall of Korouoma in Posio and marvel at this magnificent creation of nature. A transfer to Korouoma canyon (about 1,5 hr drive) is included. From the parking you start on a here-and-there steep descent to the canyon of about 1,5 km. Once you are there you have some free time for hiking and strolling towards the frozen wall. During that time your guide will prepare some lunch for you to enjoy by a campfire. Going back is a demanding hike uphill again, you need to be in good physical condition. Afterwards, transfer back to Iso-Syöte.
