Get ready for a unique adventure that requires no prior experience and is suitable for the whole family. Each sled is pulled by 10-12 robust dogs and accommodates 3-4 people, allowing you to experience the majestic winter landscape together. Children under 10 years travel at half price, although this activity is not suitable for children under one year.
Our accommodations are centrally located to the ski areas Sälen and Idre, and in close proximity to the Njupeskär nature reserve, inviting for explorations.
Your host, Detlef, is a musher with over 44 years of experience. After 15 years of competitions across Europe, he fell in love with the High North and has been leading guests through the snowy forests of Sweden for over 30 years. Detlef also has an extraordinary connection to moose and reindeer. Since 2013, he has been successfully hand-raising moose calves, making him a true "Moose Whisperer". Visit his Moose Park and experience these majestic creatures up close.
