Signature Dinner Experience

Look forward to a dinner at Restaurant Jierra on the picturesque shores of the frozen lake at the Jeris Resort’s Arctic Sauna World. This experience combines Finland’s distinctive sauna culture with authentic Lappish flavours in a pleasant lakeside atmosphere. The evening begins at Arctic Sauna World, where you will be welcomed by your sauna host and enjoy a refreshing Arctic aperitif at the ice bar. After an introduction to the Finnish sauna rituals, you will have time to use the various saunas and, if you wish, cool off with a dip in the lake’s ice hole. This is followed by a dinner prepared using the finest ingredients, some of which are cooked over an open fire. Please note that the order may also be reversed (dinner first, followed by Arctic Sauna World). Alternatively, you can book the Signature Dinner separately (without a visit to Arctic Sauna World).
