Arcora Snowshoe Experience in the National Park

This snowshoe hike takes you to the place where Lapland's wild heart beats through the changing seasons: Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park, whose peaks and tranquil valleys you can already see from your hotel windows. Your guide will meet you in the lobby, after which you will set off on a leisurely bus journey towards Pallas. On the way, you will learn more about the local nature, its significance to the people here, and why this area is a protected site. Once there, you will be kitted out with snowshoes and, together with the guide, explore unspoilt terrain that is inacessible without special equipment. You will move through the winter landscape, stopping for views, photos and short breaks while the guide shares stories. After the hike, you will return to the hotel, where lunch awaits you. If you wish, you can round off the experience with a hot drink in the lobby bar. Duration: approx. 3 hours.
