There are many restaurants, shops, and a tourist information office right next door. In addition, some sights such as Lordi's Square, the Arktikum Museum & Science Centre and Lumberjack's Candle Bridge are within walking distance. Directly in front of the building, a shuttle bus will take you to a wide variety of wilderness activities in untouched nature. Rovaniemi Airport and Santa Claus Village are about 8.5 km away.
