Husky farm holiday with elks, wolves, and more: The itinerary
Day 1: Arrival
Upon arrival, you will be greeted and shown to your accommodation, where you can move into your double room or your holiday home. In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner with your hosts and listen to their fascinating stories. Find out what exciting activities await you in the coming days and then good a good night of rest.
Day 2: Meet the four-legged inhabitants of the farm
Enjoy a hearty breakfast and look forward to an exciting day ahead of you! Today you will get the chance to see tame moose and reindeer, goats, and impressive wolves. Of course, during the week you can visit, feed, and pet them as many times as you wish! Afterward, you will get to know the Huskies that you will be touring with, and you will be amazed at their power and urge to move. Your guide will show you how to care for the dogs and how a dogsled is driven. On snowshoes, you will make the first round of testing and then warm up at lunch. By the afternoon, the Huskies will be looking forward to your first tour with them. You will immediately be fascinated by this extraordinary sport and get to know the beautiful nature of this country from a very special perspective.
Day 3: Husky tour - your personal winter dream
Today after breakfast you will get back on the runners of your husky sled. The Huskies will be very happy to see you again and will be eager to go on another tour through the nature of Sweden. Enjoy a heavenly peace that is only interrupted by the paws of your huskies on the snow. The tour takes you over frozen lakes and through snow-covered forests. An excursion in nature couldn't be more picturesque.
Day 4: Off into nature (Snowshoes tour)
Start this active day with a hearty breakfast. After a short introduction, your snowshoe tour starts through breathtaking nature. The indescribable nature and Sweden's highest waterfall will immediately cast a spell over you. Depending on the season, you can pay a visit to the Naturum, where you can find lots of interesting information about the national park. Back at the ranch, relax in the sauna and round off the day with a delicious dinner.
Day 5 and Day 7: With the dog sled into the wilderness
Once again, you will start the day with a hearty breakfast. On both days, the lovably crazy huskies will pull you through endless valleys, over frozen lakes, and through snow-covered forests. Halfway through the route, staff members will be waiting for you with a big cup of warm soup. After a pleasant, well-deserved break, you will head back to camp. On both tours, you will have a breathtaking view of the Fulufjäll! On the last evening, your unforgettable husky week will be crowned with a musher diploma.
Day 8: Departure
Sadly, all good things must come to an end. After a wonderful week of exploring the wilderness with your huskies, it will be time to say farewell. After a final hearty breakfast, you will begin your journey home. You will leave us feeling refreshed, with countless new experiences under your belt and unique memories that you will never forget!
