The restaurant is named after a long-established family of ship suppliers from Tromsø in northern Norway. The Aune family supplied famous explorers and their ships with essential equipment for expeditions into the remote wilderness. In this way, the restaurant pays tribute to the long history of Norway’s expedition and seafaring traditions.
